Inarctica cuts SPO price to 900 rbl per share from 900–968.5 rbl
MOSCOW, Nov 29 (PRIME) -- Russia’s largest aquaculture company Inarctica, previously known as Russian Aquaculture, has lowered its a secondary public offering (SPO) price target to 900 rubles per share from 900–968.5 rubles, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
“Inarctica... announces the specified parameters of the secondary public offering of ordinary shares... The company specifies the price benchmark of the offering at the level of 900 rubles per one share. The previously announced range was 900-968.5 rubles per share,” the statement read.
Investors, participated in the SPO, will have the right to purchase from the selling shareholders one additional share at the SPO price for every five shares purchased within the SPO six months after the date of its completion.
The company has been holding the SPO from November 24 through Wednesday.
